Did you know the Library's web site has links to online research tutorials?  We have just added some new webcasts on ethics, tax and municipal law research.  Scroll down to  find additional webcasts on a variety of research topics.

Research web tutorials

Many of you are in the middle of researching for your papers. If you need a research refresher, check out our Research Instruction Webcasts off of the Library's homepage. You will find a link to a Paper Writing web cast - which will show you useful databases and techniques for your research. Other topic specific web casts are also available.

You will also find a Lexis and Westlaw web tutorial for a refresher on Lexis and Westlaw basics. As always, let us know what you think and if you have suggestions for web tutorials you would like to see.

Webcasts of the Library's workshops are now available on the Library's webcasts page . The handouts distributed during the workshops are also available.

Research workshops available on the web

Research classes and workshops led by the Reference librarians are also being recorded and made available on the Library's web cast page. Now available - Federal Tax Policy research and Journal orientation. You can listen and watch the demonstration of the web sites and databases covered in the workshops. Coming soon, the recent Paper Writing Resources workshops mentioned in Tuesday's post.
