The Census Bureau’s mobile application, "America's Economy," provides updated statistics on the U.S. economy, including monthly economic indicators, trends, along with a schedule of upcoming announcements. The app, which is currently available for Android mobile device users, combines statistics from the U.S. Department of Commerce's Census Bureau, Bureau of Economic Analysis, and the U.S. Department of Labor's Bureau of Labor Statistics.
Check out the app "for four key Census Bureau economic indicators: New Residential Sales for December 2012; Advance Report on Durable Goods – Manufacturers’ Shipments, Inventories, and Orders for December 2012; Housing Vacancies for the fourth quarter of 2012; and Construction Spending for December 2012 (Feb. 1). In addition, the Commerce Department will release two indicators from the Bureau of Economic Analysis: Gross Domestic Product for the fourth quarter of 2012 (Jan. 30) and Personal Income and Outlays for December 2012 (Jan. 31).
