Where will you find U.S. Supreme Court developments first? The site that beat all the others (including Lexis, Westlaw and the Supreme Court's own website!) for posting yesterday's opinions earliest is the Legal Information Institute's Supreme Court Collection. For some interesting discussion on the latest opinions, as well as a rather neat pictorial guide to the justices' votes, go to the SCOTUSblog. With rumors flying about Justice Rehnquist's retirement, these will be good sites to keep up with the latest developments.
