Closer to Earth

Many times I have posted about things up and out in space. This time, a bit lower to the ground. Today was the birthday of John James Audubon, born in 1780. Audubon was a great ornithologist, or one who studies birds. His specialty was the birds of North America, and the National Audubon Society was named after him.
