Customs Ruling Online Search System (CROSS)

You never know when you may be asked to research areas of law that you hadn't considered, or with which you are unfamiliar. If, for instance, your assigning partner ever asks you to research U.S. Customs and Border Protection rulings, then visit the CROSS Web page. According to the Web site, "CROSS is a searchable database of [Customs and Border Protection] rulings that can be retrieved based on simple or complex search characteristics using keywords and Boolean operators"

Rulings collections are separated into "Headquarters" and "New York", and they cover the years from 1989 to the present.
