Research Resources: Media Law Reporter (BNA)
BNA’s Media Law Reporter provides federal and state judicial decisions on media law. Decisions are provided from all court levels and coverage is from 1977 to the present. The media law decisions range in areas of privacy, defamation, copyright, media ownership, broadcast regulations and more.
