A few years ago, the ABA Journal published an article highlighting the 25 greatest legal movies. The journal
compiled the list by asking 12 prominent lawyers who teach film or are
connected to the business to choose which movies represent the world
of lawyers and the law. Now, they compiled a list of the 25 Greatest Fictional Lawyers. The list includes Frank Galvin, The Verdict, Hans Rolfe, Judgment
at Nuremberg, Charles W.
Kingsfield Jr., The Paper Chase, Jack McCoy, Law
& Order and more. Many of the movies and television shows from the list are included in the Library's Feature Films Collection.
