If you are looking for a source that
will provide information on emerging digital discovery and electronic evidence laws, decisions, and rules of court, try the eDiscovery Resource Center. It also provides news coverage, research tools, and comprehensive primary source information on ediscovery issues. Dates of coverage vary according to the contents of the individual database.

Click the "Litigation/Advocacy" link
