Oklahoma District Judge Dismisses Challenge To Ten Commandments Monument
An Oklahoma County District Judge recently ruled
that a privately funded Ten Commandments monument on the grounds of the
Oklahoma Capitol Building does not violate the state's constitution. ACLU-OK Legal Director Brady Henderson indicated that the ACLU intends to appeal the
decision to the Oklahoma Supreme Court. Read more here.
